A family of friends keeps things funny as they support each other through the challenges and pitfalls of life - with a little dysfunction and a whole lot of wine.

This spring, TBS is going to put a different twist on hidden-camera comedy with the brand new series Who Gets the Last Laugh? Hosted by Donald Faison (Scrubs), the series will pit some of the industry's most well-known comedians and comedy actors against one another to see who can pull the most outrageous practical jokes. Who Gets the Last Laugh?--which is set to premiere Tuesday, April 16, at 10/9c--is the brainchild of Punk'd co-creators Jason Goldberg and Ashton Kutcher.

King of the Nerds is primed to become television's ultimate nerd-off. Hosted by Robert Carradine and Curtis Armstrong, "King of the Nerds" invites competitors spanning the full nerd spectrum to come together to face challenges that will test their intellect, ingenuity, skills and pop-culture prowess. Each episode the nerds will first compete as teams before moving on to individual challenges. One competitor will be eliminated each week until one nerd stands alone as the ultimate champion off all things nerdy.

And so begins Steve's quest for a more meaningful and rewarding life behind the bar.

Men at Work centers on four buddies who work together at a magazine and form a modern day band of brothers as they navigate work politics, life and love in New York City. Danny Masterson plays Milo, a bearded writer for the magazine who is still getting back into the dating game after dealing with being dumped early in Season One. James Lesure is Gibbs, a photographer and successful ladies man. Michael Cassidy plays Tyler, a features writer who brings a dose of style and sophistication to the group. And Adam Busch is Neal, a somewhat nerdy ad salesman and the only one in the group with a steady girlfriend (Meredith Hagner).

It really is about something…it's just that no one knows what it is. Jerry and his pals George, Elaine and Kramer can find trouble anywhere. Their trials and tribulations of life on New York City's Upper West Side can center on lost parking spots, forgotten names, re-gifting and double-dipping. Come to think of it, did you ever know what double-dipping was before Seinfeld?
